HORNCLIFFE SALMON PROCESSION
Join us for the annual Horncliffe Salmon Procession on Sunday 11th January 2026!
Meet at 7pm at the village play park and process to the village square for dancing with Rag Bag Morris and then on to the Fishers Arms to toast the salmon. From the Fishers Arms on to the fire at the playing field for the ceremonial burning!
Bring a torch or lantern and wrap up warm, preferably in fancy dress!
Then join us for live music with the Salmon City Blues Band, food and a bar in Horncliffe Memorial Hall.

CREATIVE WORKSHOP
Make your own salmon lantern at a Creative Workshop on Tuesday 6th January from 12-5pm in Horncliffe Memorial Hall, kindly funded by Connecting Threads (details below).

Join creative artists Martha Ellis and Katie Warner for a fun afternoon making some willow salmon lanterns for the procession. Make your own or join with a group to make a larger fish!
